This place felt like stepping back in time - an old style cottage escape in the beautiful historic town of Castlemaine. Staying at Dairy Castlemaine was like entering a world where heritage meets charm and calm, with vintage touches woven through the architecture, windows, fireplace and every thoughtfully chosen piece of furniture.

Mornings begin slowly, soaking up gentle sunshine in the gardens. Afternoons are spent wandering the town, where every building seems to hold its own story. Returning back to the Dairy, we curl up on the sofa with a book, settling into the warmth of the fireplace. And as the sun begins to set, the side wine alley becomes our favourite spot, grapes hanging overhead as we sip a glass of wine and savour the stillness.
