From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the breathtaking views over Lake Eildon and Mount Buller. Perched high above the lake, the cabin makes you feel as though you’re on top of the world. Inside, it’s the perfect balance of cosy comfort and off-grid living.

Evenings at Facta were pure magic! We spent hours on the deck watching the sunset, cooking dinner on the BBQ and unwinding by the fire pit. The real highlight, however, was soaking in the fire-heated hot tub, taking in the incredible scenery and watching the sky transform into a blanket of stars. At Facta, nature truly stole the show!

With Lake Eildon right at our doorstep, we started one morning with a hike down to the water - just as stunning up close. We also explored Mansfield, which was only a short drive away, stopping by Mansfield Bakery for coffee and pasties before wandering through the local shops. Then, a visit to Delatite Winery for a wine tasting with views of Mount Buller was the perfect way to spend the afternoon.
