Hunter Valley Country Escape
Adventure in Rosebrook, Hunter Valley, NSW, AU
The road leading to this tiny house is lined with country farms and animals grazing peacefully under the summer sun. The tiny house is situated perfectly, overlooking a plain of rolling hills and a view of the Hunter River. It’s the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature. The perfect isolated escape, yet conveniently located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
Rosebrook Eco is a mixture of sustainable and modern living. Offering a full functioning kitchen, air conditioning, eco-friendly toilet, outside barbeque, fire pit and an outside bath to wash away the adventures of the day. A very minimalist setting, combining the necessities needed to feel at home and appreciate the beauty of nature.
The sounds of birds slowly woke us from our deep sleep on a queen Tempur Cloud bed, truly the comfiest mattress! Through the skylight, the first rays of the morning lit up the sky bright orange and we were greeted by wallabies and their joeys grazing in the front yard. A picture-perfect setting to enjoy the warming sips of coffee from the comfort of the bed.
After a day exploring local vineyards, tasting local produce and waving at every cow we drove past on the drive, the outside bath is the perfect place to slow down and soak up the scenery.
We spent many hours on the private deck, making s'mores and watching the night sky light up with stars. The serenity you can only experience in the country.
With just a short drive, the tiny house is spoiled with a choice; from bush walks, local historic towns, local cafes, galleries and award-winning vineyards. We left feeling rejuvenated, recharged and an overwhelming sense of calmness only found in nature.
