Adventure in Port Macquarie, North Coast, NSW, AU
If you are looking for a nice and cozy getaway, I’d say that Tom’s Creek Nature Dome should be the one you check out. Not only do they provide a unique and very aesthetic place, but they also have nice staff and a lot to experience.
I brought my 2 friends with me to have a nice chill adventure. If ever you’re planning to go to Nature Dome, they offer a scheduled pick-up so that could be an option for easier travel.
When we arrived at the entrance, we were greeted by their very nice staff named Cardia who helped us carry our bags and the equipment that we have and also provided us with some food since we arrived late. On our first day, the stars were visible, we managed to take photos of the beautiful night sky.
Waking up to a foggy mountain really gave me a very cozy feeling. Cardia toured us around the place and we were able to see their garden where you can have a picnic, the fresh spring water river where you can use a kayak or stand-up paddleboard. Cardia picked us up and led us to the entrance so that we could go to the nearest town 30 minutes away from the location which is called Wauchope. Once we got back, we prepared the outdoor grilland while my friends are cooking dinner, I was preparing the outdoor wood-fire heated bath that we were absolutely stoked to use. We really enjoyed our second night since we were able to have good food and a nice jam session surrounded by nature.
If ever you’re looking for someplace to relax and forget about the stressful things in life, Tom’s Creek Nature Dome is the way to go!
