We're also powered by solar, catch our own rain water in brand new tanks and supply a solar powered EV charger for your electric vehicle during your stay!

Relax in this lovingly created spacious accommodation surrounded by beautiful gardens, firepit and city views from the second story verandah.

Explore over 22 acres of gardens, paddocks, dams and forest, visit and feed our rescue geese, ducks, chickens & meet Boots the farm cat, or just sit and relax in your private outdoor area by the fire.

Additional Information

The Loft has a spacious lounge & dining area with a marble kitchenette which includes a mini fridge & basic kitchen necessities to prepare basic meals without a stove or oven. Most people book The Loft to enjoy dining out in the Yarra Valley and to have a holiday away from cooking. If you would prefer to cook your meals then please see if our larger accommodation The Barn is available for your dates.
We unfortunately don't have BBQ access for The Loft as too many guests were not leaving this in a clean manner after use.

We are wheelchair friendly, using a ramp for the small step up to the front porch, the rest of the accommodation is spacious and comfortabe for wheelchairs.

Duck'n Hill Farm was established in December 2020. Extensive restorative renovations on the accommodations, landscaping and plumbing, electrical & solar were undertaken and the Duck'n Hill Barn was launched in November 2021 with the Cottage & Loft launching by October 2022. It's a stunning property surrounded by nature, wildlife and views of the Yarra Valley through to Melbourne CBD. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This place is perfect for everyone who loves great wine with a relaxed atmosphere.

Tash took us through a tasting of their entire wine list. We enjoyed hearing about the team behind Yarrawood and the process of winemaking. She also was giving us great insight into the sweet life of country living.
