Leith Hill Tiny House is a getaway for couples, friends or solo travelers looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views.
Leith Hill is a 7 acre hobby farm with a couple of cows, sheep, chickens & ducks- with the Tiny House located in a private fenced off pocket of our property.
The Tiny House has a loft bedroom, small kitchen with cooking facilities, bathroom with shower and composting toilet (which works just as well as a regular toilet!); a day bed (perfect for reading a good book), and a large front deck.
We’ve also just added a sun room- a totally seperate sitting room, perfect for reading the day away or working remotely.
In the evening, make use of the outdoor space by having a bbq dinner if you’re eating in; or sit around the outdoor fire toasting marshmallows while watching the sun set behind Mt Victoria.
Feel like listening to some tunes? We’ve even got a Bluetooth speaker 🙌🏻
You might get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas and cockatoos during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!
Some breakfast basics will be supplied upon check in, as well as a selection of pods & milk for the nespresso coffee machine.
There are lots of local activities to do including hiking, riding, kayaking and of course the beautiful Redwood Forest.
The Yarra River is great for swimming in warm weather- and we’re happy to point you in the direction of some great picnic & swimming spots without all the tourists!

We had such a wonderful stay at this tiny house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The place was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a ...comfortable stay, bed is very comfy!
One of the highlights was being surrounded by the lovely animals, which made the experience even more special and relaxing. Waking up to such a peaceful environment was truly refreshing.

Warby Farms
Taking a little drive towards Woods Point you spot rolling hills of mountain pasture, backing onto the Yarra State Forest. Stop roadsie to say hi to roaming Highland cattle and friendly horses.
Cement Creek
Visit the infamous Redwood Forest to immerse yourself in the wonder of the Californian Redwoods and Cement Creek.
The Redwoods
Eight kilometres from Mr Oak is one of Melbourne's best-kept mountain secrets. Planted in 1930 as part of a study by the Board of Works there are over 1450 giant Californian Redwoods growing neatly in a grid, which makes it especially pleasing to the eye. Although these giants are almost a hundred years old and range from 20–55 metres in height, they're all still relatively young. They can live for up to 1800 years and reach over 100 metres into the sky.
Redwood Forest
The Californian Redwoods - a place I could happily get myself lost in. A must-see if visiting Warburton! Our last day in Warburton was quite overcast and raining, making it the perfect time to visit.
Walk The Oshannassy Aqueduct Trail
Walk or bike ride along a trail surrounded by tall trees and ferns, boasting spectacular views of the Yarra Valley.
