Nestled among the ambience of tropical surrounds, and only steps from the apartment complex pool, 'Laduma' is the perfect home away from home. Whether you want time out to reflect on your own or a hideaway with that someone special, or a family trip that you all have enough space to relax and unwind, 'Laduma' is the place to be.

With 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has a King bed, queen bed for the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom has 2 singles, Laduma is the perfect place for the entire family. Our living room comes complete with a Smart TV as well as the master bedroom. The main bedroom, second bedroom and lounge all have aircon and all rooms have fans. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage!

There is a fridge, microwave, Smeg kettle & toaster tea/coffee facilities, onsite parking, outdoor shower, crockery & cutlery. We have an internal washing machine and Dryer located in the second bathroom.

Our home also comes with a Tesla Model 3 car charger, perfect for guests with Tesla vehicles that need to top up their battery on arrival. This is a complimentary addition to the home for guests to use!

All products you need for your stay including Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, Linen and towels are all provided. At Laduma, we want you to feel at home as if this was your home!

*We have a Tesla Charger in the garage of the home!

* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot, however, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not provide a highchair, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* Please note, there are 2 cameras at the front door and back side gate for the security of the home and our guests. Rest assured it does not invade your privacy in any way as it cannot see into the home itself. We just want to make sure that the home is safe as well as any guest that stays there!

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
*Schoolies bookings are subject to approval and will be required to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. The house rules will also need to be STRICTLY followed otherwise penalties will incur. If the number of guests staying in the home is more than what was booked, there will be a charge for the extra guests.

Great location, great property, plenty of space to unwind or spend quality time with loved ones. Arrived to beautiful gifts (wine and cheese) plenty of towels (beach and bath). Really great place to w...alk into town to avoid traffic and so close to the beach. Pool is great we swam every day even with bad weather. Favourite surprise is seeing to beautiful train each day super cute and so enjoyable.

This place really is everything it claims to be and more! Everything has been thought of- soft towels, comfy beds, great coffee, scented diffusers.... It has everything you could need for a great holi...day and we had the best time and wished we could stay for twice as long! The pool is gorgeous and it was hard to get the kids out of it, we easily could have just stayed there all day. I love that this part of Byron is so quiet and chill and the beach here is beautiful and uncrowded and great for swimming and surfing. We did a sunset beach stroll down to Treehouse for pizza and beer which was a perfect end to a perfect sunny day and the kids were obsessed with the (world's first!) solar train- it goes past (very quietly) 9am-5pm every hour but you can see it from the verandah so VERY exciting for the little kids. You can park at North Byron station and catch the train into town for a stroll around before coming back, or you can walk 15 minutes to the Beach Station and catch the train to North Byron and have a quiet lunch at the lovely pub there before catching the train back. Everyone enjoyed it so much we did it twice! We were there during a heatwave and the aircon worked a treat and we were always comfortable while chilling between swims and walks. Hope we can come back again and thanks so much for sharing your beautiful and carefully designed and considered place with us :)

Witness the great migration! This was truly one of the most amazing moments, up close with the incredible humpback whales as they migrate north. We boarded the 'Bay Warrior' in Brunswick Heads, led by Blue Bay Whale Watching, and enjoyed a magical morning out on the water.

We knew we were going to do the Cape Byron hike, so early morning sustenance was top priority for us. Thankfully we stumbled across Byron Fresh just back from the main beach. Initially it was all their fresh bread and flowers that they had on display out the front of the cafe that lured us in. Once we were inside we knew it was the real deal, as their fit-out was on point. Thankfully their breakfast and coffee was too! A must see/ do if you love a good breakfast/ brunch in a trendy setting.

Folk is a foodie oasis with a creative, fully vegetarian menu and lovely outdoor garden setting with shade - it’s hard to top for breakfast or lunch or even a coffee.
