You’ll love my place because of The location is unique - a country rustic wool shed and a country rustic grain store cottage , we are 45 minutes to either Ballarat or Ararat and about 1 hour to the Grampians. Surrounded by beautiful gums we have lots of lovely birds. We are on 8 acres of land in the Pryenees Shire heart of the wine region. Our hobby farm, we have 6 sheep, 6 chickens. People love the real country charm experience and all the little details around the property.

Exploring Beaufort
We had a lovely stroll around Beaufort, stopping for coffee and lunch, visiting the library and some op shops.
Hutchins Track
A short walk from the property will take you to Hutchings track. This will lead you in multiple directions and please pick the way that works best for you. It is a beautiful bush walk. Witness enormous gumtrees and the great Australian outback.
Walk The Koori Art Trail
A relaxing 2 kilometres walk you can do around Beaufort lake, best on a sunny day!
There are 12 art installations along the way that pay homage to the flora, fauna, and traditions of the traditional owners of the land, the Wadawurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung and the Djab Wurrung tribes.
Start the trail Boat Ramp in the Goldfields Recreations Reserve.

Raglan Falls
A 30-minute walk from the property you will find yourself at Raglan falls. The sounds of slowing water and songbirds allow you to submerge yourself in the sounds of nature. The waterfall was at a slow stream in summer, but the views and experience were well worth it.
Bush Walk Waterfall
Got lost in nature at Mount Buangor and discovered a waterfall. Beautiful picnic spot too but I wasn't prepared this time with snacks.
