Escape to Warby Serenity in Warburton, where nature meets tranquility. Enjoy breathtaking garden, mountain, and national park views. Relax in our two secluded outdoor bathtubs, soak in the wilderness, or unwind by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. Inside, a cozy retreat awaits, with yoga equipment, games, and a wood fireplace.

Inside the house, you’ll find a cozy space complete with yoga equipment, books, games, and a sunroom perfect for reading or meditating. A wood fireplace (BYO Firewood) adds warmth and comfort on cooler evenings, while the fully-equipped kitchen and BBQ offer everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Take your retreat to the outside. Step onto the small deck and immerse yourself in nature with panoramic views of the garden (not fully fenced and on a slope), mountains, and national park. Enjoy meals or drinks at the breakfast counter while soaking in the beauty around you. For your ideal country experience, make your way to the outdoor fireplace area and relax in the sun or under the night sky.

At the far end of the garden, approximately 50 meters from the house, we’ve added two outdoor bathtubs. These tubs offer a secluded, serene spot to unwind while surrounded by nature. Keep in mind, the outdoor experience means embracing the elements—we strive to keep the area tidy, but leaves and nature’s touch may be present. We have a separate 450l hot water tank for the bath tubs, but note that bath fills & refills are limited (especially in winter months). We kindly ask that only natural products are used to preserve the environment.

Our property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. While it feels remote, you’re just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the Warburton main street, with local pubs, cafes, and shops nearby. Warburton is also the perfect base for exploring the Yarra Valley, with its scenic trails, wineries, and charming villages.

We had a wonderful stay, the property has everything that you need and the hosts were very communicative. It’s located so close to Warburton town, and surrounded by the most gorgeous nature. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip away for a couple of nights at Warby Serenity. Lovely, clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor baths with a glass of wine listening to the birdlife. The fire k...ept us toasty and warm. Great place to switch off and relax. Close to cafes and shops in Warburton. We took a drive to Healesville and enjoyed a terrific lunch at Launching place Hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We recently stayed at Warby Serenity and absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well presented, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.... From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
The attention to detail throughout the accommodation was outstanding, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. The serene surroundings, beautiful views, and tranquil atmosphere made it easy to switch off and enjoy a much-needed break.
Warburton itself is a gorgeous destination, and Warby Serenity was the perfect base to explore the area. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit.

Bike Riding

The O’Shannassy Trail is a 30 kilometre walking and bike-riding trail from East Warburton to Don Valley in the Upper Yarra Valley. The trail runs in alongside the Warburton Rail Trail, however, the O’Shannassy Trail is set into the mountain ranges, and provides a different viewpoint to the landscape. Surrounded by tall trees, and lush ferns, the trail follows the historic open channelled O’Shannassy Aqueduct, and allows for impressive views of the Yarra Valley.

The weather was warm and muggy, after we'd picked our fresh produce for dinner we decided to head to the river for a dip to cool down, located behind the shopping strip in the central part of town.

La La Falls Walk

Follow the track through tall Mountain Ash forest and lush ferny glades, to the picturesque La La Falls. The track has a moderate grade, which can be slightly challenging; allow 1.5 hours for a return trip. For a particularly impressive view, visit after heavy rainfall when the falls are at their most powerful.
