Bus is located on a shared property. Situated at the front of the property which has been sectioned off with a tree line. Please be respectful and keep to the space.

Inside -
Up front in the lounge there is a choice of a super comfy day bed or a cushioned bench seat perfect for tv viewing.
Smart tv is connected to wifi and can stream tv shows/movies.

Catching zzz’s - at the rear is a comfy double bed and two single bunk beds.

Bathroom - shower, sink/vanity and flushing toilet. Please open roof hatch when showering.

Kitchen - includes a double sink, kettle, toaster, air fryer, sandwich press, fridge and microwave for in bus cooking.
NOTE - there is not a stove or oven inside.

Dining - swivel out wood panel table for when you need to have a sit down meal.

Outdoors - slow down, relax and unwind while enjoying the sounds of nature.
You’ll find outdoor seating, a fire pit and a bbq for cooking.
Bbq is a 4 burner with a side burner for pot/pan cooking.
We kindly ask you to bring your own wood with you.

Unwind beneath the stars, bathe in golden afternoon light— enjoy our twin side by side restored outdoor claw foot baths as you soak in the serenity together.
Listen to natures soundtrack, breathe in the fresh air as you enjoy the hot water and serenity.

Full access to the bus itself.
Shared property space.
Please keep to the bus area at the front of the property. It is sectioned off by the shared driveway and a tree line running parallel with the bus. That front space is all yours.

Other things to note
-Tidy up
- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay.
We have housekeepers that arrive at the property after you checkout to prepare for our upcoming guests.
Please ensure that you wash all of your dishes and return them to their place to keep our cleaning charge at a minimum. We do charge if dirty dishes are left and our cleaner needs to wash them/put them away or if more than a standard clean is needed.
- Turn off the TV, lights and air-conditioning/heating.
- Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided and place rubbish bags into outside bins located at the entrance gate.
-No smoking. A charge of $500 will applied to the booking if there is any smoking in the bus.

If you are staying on a Saturday or Sunday night, we kindly ask you to put the rubbish bin out for collection. Please follow the colour of the neighbours.
If you are staying Monday night, we ask you to bring the bin in.

- No need to wash any linen prior to exiting. Just gather towels and leave in bathroom.
-Close windows and roof hatches.
- Lock the door and return the key to the lockbox at the front of the bus and scramble the combination.
-If you have moved any items please return to original location.

Check out is at 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed.

Short 3 minute drive to the centre of Huntly where you’ll find
-the award winning George’s Bakery.
-Huntly Pub and bistro. Amazing outdoor space and indoor kids play area.
-El gordo Japanese burger restaurant.
-Iga for all your supplies
-laundromat, post office Pilates studio, hair salon, fuel station

6 minute drive
Bendigo creek and stream side reserve at the end of Banksia road. Perfect for a fish. Try your luck. (Can’t guarantee a catch)
Or explore the walking tracks.

Venture a little further.
9 minute drive to the Epsom village where you will find
-Shopping venues such as Woolies, Aldi, Reject Shop, BWS and Dan Murphy’s
-food venues such as KFC, Hungry Jacks, Village pizza, Domino’s pizza, Epsom Kebabs, Brumbys bakery, Daniels Donuts, Nem Viet (Vietnamese food), New China (Chinese food)
-Chemist warehouse and Doctors clinic.
