Only an hour from Melbourne, in the heart of the world-class Yarra Valley, lies Elysium. In Ancient Greek mythology, Elysium was a realm of pure bliss — a paradise reserved for heroes and the virtuous, where the finest souls spent eternity. Escape the mortal world and be transported to the heavens in your own private bubble oasis. Our bubble tent blends boutique luxury with the stillness of nature and some of the most breathtaking views you’ll ever experience.

Designed for couples seeking an unforgettable escape, this luxurious bubble oasis invites you to slow down, reconnect, and savour the beauty of one of Victoria’s most spectacular landscapes. Thoughtfully curated spaces, boutique comforts, and immersive outdoor experiences come together to create a stay unlike anywhere else.

Set on a secluded ridge with sweeping valley and mountain views, your transparent bubble tent places you in the centre of nature’s theatre — sunrises spilling across the hills, golden afternoons drifting into moonlit or deep star-filled nights.

Additional Information

One of the most magical moments at Elysium will happen the instant you turn off the final light inside the bubble. As darkness settles, the entire sky explodes into view — an uninterrupted canopy of stars stretching above you. Lying in bed, wrapped in warmth, you feel suspended beneath the universe itself. It is a moment of stillness, awe, and connection that guests will never forget.

Inside, you’ll find a plush luxury bed, soft linens, climate control for year-round comfort, and entertainment options including TV, streaming options, and classic games for cosy evenings. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine and tea and cooking supplies.
Step outside and discover Elysium’s signature experiences.

The pergola kitchen, positioned to take in the views, houses both a pizza oven and barbecue, creating the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor cooking and shared meals. Craft your own gourmet creation as the valley glows at sunset. Later, unwind in the outdoor cinema, where you can watch a movie beneath the Milky Way while soaking in super comfy Adirondack chairs while being kept warm by lap rugs.

For those seeking deep relaxation, the outdoor bath offers a truly magical moment — a warm soak in the open air with uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills or the night sky above.

Every detail of Elysium has been shaped with care — from the lighting that softly illuminates your evenings to the private layout that ensures total seclusion.

Whether you’re celebrating a romantic occasion, seeking a peaceful reset, or simply longing for a unique luxury escape, Elysium promises moments that linger long after you leave. Here, time slows, the skies open, and every moment feels just a little bit heavenly.

Guests have full and private access to all of the facilities and amenities within the repurposed tennis court on which Elysium is situated. Guests also have private access to the adjoining bathroom facilities.

Growing up on a dairy farm in Sth Gippsland meant my upbringing was infused with a passion for nature and the freedom of being outdoors in wide open spaces. This passion crossed paths with my love of wine when in 1997 one balmy night January night lying under the stars in a secluded part of Healesville I knew that this was where I belonged. I eventually bought this property in 1998 and established a vineyard here while gradually moving out of city work and life. It is in my time here that I have appreciated what the Aboriginal people mean by having a spiritual connection with their land - the beauty of this place inspires me everyday and it gives me great pleasure sharing it with all of our guests.

Meet The Locals

In the heart of the Yarra Valley, Gruyere, is a land of rolling green hills, wineries, farms and friendly animal folk! On your drive in the area you are bound to find a beautiful myriad of furry friends to watch and maybe sneak a pat or two.

Feeding Alpacas At The Big Bouquet

It was amazing seeing these cute, fluffy animals so close up and being able to feed them. We got super lucky as they are currently pregnant and usually do not come up to the fence at this time. The place is actually a huge flower farm (hence the name), and they have alpacas and a cafe where you can buy food for yourself and also the alpacas!

Coranderrk Drive

The Yarra Valley has some of the most beautiful scenic drives, and the Coranderrk drive is one of them. We drove through expansive green fern trees and towering Mountain Ashes to reach the charming Coranderrk Weir.

Mount Toolebewong

Mt Toolebewong is a peak at the western end of the Donna Buang Massif, 55 km east of Melbourne. It is within the Yarra Ranges National Park, overlooking the wine growing areas of the Yarra Valley. The summit is at 744 m, snow covered in winter. The views from the high points across the Yarra Valley towards Melbourne and beyond are outstanding.
