Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with access to its own bathroom, Bella Vita offers space, privacy and year-round comfort for families, friends and couples travelling together.

The space
At the heart of Bella Vita is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, six-seat dining area and comfortable open-plan living space with Smart TV and surround sound.

Step outside onto one of two large balconies overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape. Enjoy your morning coffee amongst the trees, fire up the Weber BBQ, relax in the hammock or settle in with a drink as the sun goes down.

For some extra indulgence, retreat to your private sauna after a day exploring Warburton's trails, wineries and beautiful Yarra Valley surrounds.

We love the Yarra Valley and everything this part of Victoria has to offer — from the mountains, forests and walking trails to the wineries, great food and relaxed country atmosphere. We created Bella Vita as a place where guests can slow down, switch off and enjoy some quality time together. We've tried to include the little comforts we appreciate when travelling ourselves, while still giving our guests plenty of privacy to enjoy the home as their own. Having spent quite a bit of time in Warburton over the years it surprised us to find yet another amazing breakfast spot. Located a 10 minute walk into the heart of Warburton B.T Dubs blew our minds with a super tasty take on the classic breakfast burger and an incredible shakshuka feast.

Before diving into our day's adventures, we made a well-deserved coffee stop at River View Cafe. The cozy, laid-back atmosphere immediately welcomed us, offering the perfect refuge from the road. As we sipped on our coffees, the cafe’s friendly vibe and warm surroundings set the tone for a day of exploration.
