The Great Forest Tiny retreat is a gorgeous off-grid tiny house nestled by a dam on our farm in Big Pats Creek, 6 km from Warburton. The property is surrounded by the towering Mountain Ash Forests of the Upper Yarra Valley with easy access to many walking and bike tracks.
Feeling so far away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only 90 km from Melbourne, it is a short cycle or drive into Warburton which is full of cafes, restaurants and quirky shops. Snow play and tobogganing on Mount Donna Buang, the Redwood Forest just up the road, and you will wake up to the sounds of the babbling waters of Big Pats Creek and morning chorus of bird song. Stay on unceded Wurundjeri Country in the Central Highlands of Victoria.

TINY HOUSE DETAILS
Our Great Forest Tiny Retreat is fully self-contained and off-grid, with an indoor hot shower and separate composting toilet. This cute tiny house is solar powered with 12V power, has a gas cook top, fridge and USB charging.
There is plenty of space inside even on those frosty Winter days when rather than venturing out and about, you may just want to snuggle up next to the wood heater, read, contemplate the view or play board games.
The outdoor fire pit overlooking the dam has a wonderful view of the mountains and is somewhere to leave the worries of the world behind.
We believe in supporting our local businesses and all toiletries are by Warbotanicals, and breakfast supplies if required, are all sourced from the Upper Yarra - join the Locavore revolution! We even supply a picnic basket for you to fill with your locally sourced goodies to enjoy when you head out on your adventures!
Yarra Valley Tea Company teas and locally roasted Silva coffee provided along with kitchen basics.
Please note this is a NON-SMOKING property and also we are NO PETS. We have lots of wildlife visiting our property and we ask that you leave your pets at home.
