Our newly renovated 1935 W Class Old Melbourne Tram is open for bookings.
Our tram “Doris” has been lovingly restored in the bygone era style and is located on our beautiful 2-acre historic property at "The Oaks Lilydale Accommodation", in Lilydale, Victoria - home of the beautiful Yarra Valley.
We have 2 other BnB cottages on the same property, so you can either use the tram on its own or sleep an extra 12 people in the Cottages.
Whether you are attending a wedding or function in The Yarra Valley or Dandenong Ranges, or just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then come on board “Doris” for the stay of your life.

Kerry was incredibly friendly and an excellent communicator! The tram was so unique, right near all the cafes and great spots. The tram was beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the bed was very c...omfortable. Loved every minute of it, honestly everything you could want. Bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Kitchenette, lots of seating areas and two double beds. Lovely spots outside to sit, also. Incredible sunset and sunrise, also. We had a great time. Thanks again, Kerry! :)

We loved our stay in the Yarra Valley Tram, the tram is beautifully set up and we were so well looked after. Kerry was a fabulous host who touched base on our arrival and was incredibly helpful. The T...ram itself was a delight to sleep in, super comfy beds and a range of great amenities. The outdoor swingset and games were a welcomed addition to entertaining the little ones. Would definitely stay again.

Oh my god !
We just absolutely loved Doris !
What a fantastic set up.
The grounds are beautiful and a great location.
We only stayed one night, but it was perfect.
We walked over the road for a pub me...al at The Lilydale International which was perfect for the kids.
We had a fire and the kids toasted marshmallows !
We enjoyed a couple of bottles of wine buy the fire once the kids went down !
The beds were very comfortable and I highly recommend staying on Doris.
Cannot wait to visit again one day.
There is plenty to do if you have the time.
Kerry and her husband (sorry, I forgot your name) were super friendly and helpful.
What a beautiful set up they have created x

Hi my name is Kerry & my husband Peter and I live at "The Oaks" Lilydale. The Oaks is a historic property built in 1860. We live in the original homestead at the top of the 2 acre property. We have built 2 x gorgeous BnB cottages at the front of the property which sleep 6 x people in each.
