Additional Information

Our Lake House is Self Check-in anytime after 3 pm, and Self Checkout anytime before 11 am. We are available by phone, email and text. We are happy to answer questions and help with any info about the area.

*Winter season*
During the winter we will do our best to keep you informed about local weather. During the winter, the lake area is known for rain, wind, snow and power outages. Our goal is to work with our guests during winter weather to help out and to be flexible with potential cancellations. We love watching winter storms out at the lake and it can be entertaining at times.

This lake cabin is part of the bnb community, not a hotel, and is also our home. Please be respectful of the property. These house rules have been developed so you know our expectations so you can continue to enjoy your stay. Most importantly, we believe in good communication with our guests and understand that things do happen. Please follow these rules so you as our guests and us as your host have a positive experience.

Occupancy is six people. This includes outside guests visiting.

All guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please leave your boat at home. We do not allow boat mooring near or to our docks. There is also no room to park a boat trailer.

No food or drinks in bedrooms. Water is ok.

If the house is left excessively dirty and can’t be cleaned by one person in a four hour period an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Any damages or lost property must be reported to the host so repairs or replacements can be scheduled. Damages or lost property fee may be waived if reported in a timely manner.

Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Please do not rearrange our furniture.

If guests are found to have had a party that results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
