A Tiny Treasure in Wonderland

Arriving just on sunset, I walked upon the front porch and paused for a moment to feel the freshness coming down from Mount Tugwell. Cows in the paddock. Koalas in the eucalyptus trees. It was the kinda peace my soul had been craving for a while.

Each morning was warm and smooth, just like the coffee. Fresh eggs from the farm were poached, as I made myself right at home. So many cosy nooks to enjoy inside and outside this petite palace. I tried them all on for size with no desire to be in a rush. By noon I wondered along the Little Yarra River that ran along the bottom of property in search of the birds to match the sounds coming from the trees.

I mosied on back and jumped into the car to the Gladysdale Bakery, only a short drive from the abode. And my gosh! THE BEST chocolate brownie that’s ever hit my mouth! I totally got a second one which I enjoyed later, as I walked along the free flowing river in Warburton. Arriving back from adventures right on sunset, I gathered some sticks to light the outdoor fire. Shiraz in hand, wrapped in a blanket under the stars, I watched the fire slow dance into the night.

Again, I enjoyed a slow morning, beginning with yoga on the porch. Then I cruised up the mountain to the Rainforest Gallery and walked along the way with butterflies fluttering amongst the giant trees and the sunlight twinkling through the ferns.

A scenic drive up to the top of Mount Donna Buang to discover the Flame Robin and breathe in the scenic views! The days flew quicker than the Flame Robins, although they were as beautifull as each other. What a wholesome stay away in Tugwell Tiny Home. Be taking a week next time!
