Duck’n Hill Barn was a charming home away from home, offering breathtaking views of the rolling hills and the Melbourne skyline. We loved the perfect blend of spaciousness and cosiness, complemented by thoughtful details - from beautiful artwork to luxurious linens.

Nestled on Duck’n Hill Farm, we had the delightful experience of meeting and feeding adorable farm animals, including Highland cows, geese, and chickens. We even collected fresh eggs ourselves! Our host, Brooke, was exceptional, radiating passion for what she does.

Some highlights of our stay included sipping wine on our private balcony while soaking in the sunset and snuggling up with popcorn on the comfy couch.


The Barn is ideally located near many attractions in the Yarra Valley, including an array of wineries. We visited the Smiths Gully General Store just 5 minutes away for delicious coffee and meals, explored the Smiths Gully to St Andrews Nature Trail, enjoyed delectable pizza at A Boy Named Sue, and ended the day at Lady Stonehaven’s Lookout to watch the sunset.
