This is my second time experiencing The Vale, and my gosh, the team still have a magic touch for creating dreamy stays. The first thing that struck me was the stillness and the quiet luxury.
Hidden among rolling hills and towering gums, The Pavilion feels like it has been placed intentionally rather than built on it. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the bush right into the space and everything is optimised for feeling like you're in nature...but in luxury.
Mornings started slowly with coffee overlooking the valley as kangaroos moved through the fields Afternoons were spent exploring the Southern Highlands before returning for a hot tub soak and sauna as the sun dipped behind the trees. Evenings settled in by the fireplace with good food, and a sky full of stars.
By the time I left, I felt lighter, more present, like a full reset had quietly happened. Can't wait for my next Penrose escape!
