From the moment we arrived at The Sailor Shack, we were in awe. The impeccable attention to detail both inside and out was so beautiful to witness. Each room and every corner of the house had it's continuing theme of ocean and adventure.
We were quick to jump onto the hammocks and enjoy the beautiful colours that the sunset provided before heading down to the local fisherman's spot with the bikes to see pelicans enjoy their daily feast.
There's so much room to enjoy each others company as well as have your own moment, which after a full day of sun - We definitely needed! We checked out Angourie Green Pool and Red Cliff Beach, which were some beautiful spots! If you're after a bit of an adrenalin kick, there's a jump rock or enjoy a casual tan sesh.
This was the first time I've been to Yamba, and after this weekend, it definitely won't be my last!
Red Cliff Beach was beyond beautiful, and the campsite 5m from the beach is also a great looking spot if you're travelling by with a tent next time. We took a volleyball down as well as some snorkelling gear to keep us busy!
If you're after a bit of an adrenaline kick, hop on over to Angourie Green Pool! Height ranges from 5-10m with local making us look like wimps. You could either swim across the pool to climb the rock or there's a 5min walk to the left that takes you around to the top!
