This stop might be obvious for most but even if it is not, you should add the Twelve Apostles to your list.
Getting down at Gibsons Steps and walking on the beach is such a magical feeling. I would recommend either starting or ending your day here to avoid the crowds and have the place to yourself (especially during sunrises). It’s an early wake-up call but the views absolutely worth it!
