Take the gondola

As a second day’s hike we took the Merrits Gondola up and started to walk across the mountain to get down back to the village. The trail starts with a steep climb but once you get done with that part you can fully enjoy the views on a gentle downhill track.

Just make sure that you walk on the trail designated for hikers and not on the bike tracks (there are signs everywhere), just to avoid any possible accidents.
