The bedrooms are 2 suites, located on different levels for optimum privacy. The large master bedroom has newly purchased California King bed with quality new linens, a contemporary bathroom, large walk-in closet, and ocean views. The second bedroom is downstairs, and has a quality queen bed. Additionally, the Den provides a Euro Lounger, that sleeps 2.

The spacious great room with sweeping ocean views adjoins the kitchen with new Samsung appliances. The large private deck provides 90 degree jaw-dropping ocean views, overlooking the dunes of Bayshore Estates, all the way south to Cape Perpetua. Pull the 4 bar-stools out and enjoy the typically wind-protected setting on the deck from your perch up in the trees.

Additionally, there is a separate laundry/mud room with new, energy efficient Samsung washer/dryer. Home sleeps 6, though air mattresses may be available as well. Impeccably clean, tasteful, and peaceful setting.

To use the 82 degree Bayshore Estates heated pool a 60 second drive from the house bring your lease agreement with proof of rental address and you can enter for $5/day or $20/day for a family of 5. The seasonal pool is located across the sand dune from the ocean, a 30 second walk and is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

The entire home is yours, obviously. The seasonal pool and club area is a shared space.

Sorry No Pets, No Smoking = A clean, fresh, completely 'new hand crafted home' smelling vacation stay. If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know. We can typically make this happen outside of June/July/August.
