Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the township with boutiques, Warilda day spa, Yield Providor and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is well-known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.
Built in 2019, Croft House sits on a north facing property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. At Croft you’ll find three sun-drenched bedrooms with queen sized beds where you can relax, watch the cows next door and enjoy the expansive paddock views from bed.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped to cook for your family and friends with a gas cook-top and oven, large island bench, dishwasher and plenty of cooking equipment. The dining and living areas have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto the deck and BBQ area. The large, partially covered deck gets ample sun all year round and is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or evening BBQ. Beyond the deck is a generous grass area to lounge on, outdoor fire pit with seating and raised herb garden for your use.
