The Studio Swanson - perfect for two

The layout is open plan.

Sleep well in a super-king sized bed with quality linens and electric blanket - or - the room can be made up as twin-share configuration (2 long single beds) - see note below.

The adjacent bathroom has plenty of light and space and a generously sized shower.

A range of breakfast cereals, milk, teas and coffee are provided as a starter.

The kitchen has microwave, small bench-top oven and hotplate, toaster and all the crockery and utensils you need for making breakfast and cooking simple meals.

Enjoy a drink or meal on the shared deck, taking in elevated views of the city and harbour.

Free WIFI*, Netflix and a selection of books and magazines are on hand for relaxing. Log in to your favourite streaming service via the Smart TV.

A heat pump and air conditioner are available for additional comfort.

*please note our wifi is suitable for browsing and streaming, but we cannot guarantee speeds for work/business purposes.

Guest access:
You have access to the entire Studio space, the shared deck and driveway.

Other things to note:
Twin Share – If you are two friends travelling together who don't want to share the bed, there will be a one-off additional charge of $25 per stay to cover set up and additional linen for the second bed.

Longer stays of 10+ nights: An additional $20 cleaning fee applies for a mid-stay clean and linen change.

Note there are no laundry facilities available on site, but a laundromat is located nearby.

We are in a semi-rural location, in the mornings you might hear farm animals and roosters amongst the birdsong.

House Rules:
We have a few simple requests to keep things running smoothly, and ask that you read these carefully - thank you! Your booking confirms you have accepted these.

• Please park directly in front of the studio on the shared driveway.

• No smoking inside the Studio. You may smoke on the driveway only - please pick up any cigarette butts.

• Avoid eating on the beds, to avoid spills and stains.

• The Studio space you have booked is for two people only. NO extra adults or children are permitted as overnight visitors.

• Please advise us if you wish to have guests visit.

• NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.

• Strictly NO pets.

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, especially if you are outside.

• When going out for the day, we suggest leaving the key in the lockbox to avoid losing or misplacing the key. If the key is lost, there will be a replacement charge of $20.

• For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes heater, hair straighteners and portable device chargers.

• Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.

• Children must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times.

• Please wash your dishes, leave the space tidy, and return the key to the lockbox on departure. Please check out before 11am.

• In the case of any damages or missing items, please advise us as soon as possible.
