An Aussie Beach House. Good vibes, happy feels and a surf break out the front.
The two bedroom, self contained top floor, where you’ll be staying, is private, flooded with light, cosy with boho feels inside, spiritually sound & made by artists for artists.
Fresh linen, sparkly clean, happy plants, a warm fireplace for winter months, and heating/cooling fans for summer.
The surfside sunroom gives first light, ocean views and is great for BBQs and cocktails. It’s partially an outdoor room and can be closed off to keep the weather out.

Sleeps four comfortably and can accommodate an extra two guests on the fold-out futon.

Fast wifi, a large telly and a dedicated workspace with creative supplies, a Coolcabanah to extend the porch to the beach, borrow our surfboards and skateboards, the skatepark’s over the road.

We artists live in the groundfloor outhouse, which has a seperate entrance, is self contained and sound proofed.
The garden’s shared, there’s plenty of space to be Hans Solo Low key.

Decompress, unplug, recharge in nature.

Close to cafes, Salty Mangrove at New Brighton where you’ll find groceries and booze.

Byron Bay, The Pass and Wategos are a 25min drive.
You can stroll one minute to grab a coffee and supplies at the local cafe, Bayroots.
Brunswick Heads, restaurants and pub life are a 5min drive.

Be led by forest bike tracks to our local Tuesday farmers markets, and the Northern Rivers Bike Trail is ten minutes away. Man it’s quiet here.
Very occasionally on Saturday nights when Wink Wink Nudge Nudge is on, it’s not though, so best join ‘em at Billy Pub.

Secret places like Christmas Beach and Torikina are beautiful for swims in winter, sheltered by the wind, and Torikina to the Footbridge is perfect on the fresh incoming high tide for snorkelling & morning laps.
