(Chelan County Permit # 000271) Welcome to my family’s ‘home away from home’. 30 minutes to Leavenworth or Stevens Pass ski area, 10 minutes from Lake Wenatchee and the quaint town of Plain. “Forest Haven” is nestled in a picturesque setting among the pine and fir trees in the mountain community of Chiwawa River Pines. The open-concept living space features a cathedral ceiling and wall of windows, a gas fireplace, 2 Smarts TVs, Blue-tooth sound-bar, well-appointed kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table.

The space
The cabin has an inviting and unique layout which is conducive to guests in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. The main level has a master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the communal living space. The upstairs has an additional bathroom with shower, and two additional bedrooms. A ramp is provided for the front steps, and the main level bedroom, bathroom, and wrap-around deck are all accessible for limited mobility guests.

The house is situated on 1.1 acres of forested land, with peek-a-boo ridge-top views. There is parking for 4 vehicles. Roads are rural and bicycles and pedestrians are welcome!

Traction tires and 4-wheel Drive/All wheel drive required for guests staying November to February. The roads and driveway are plowed periodically, however, conditions change rapidly, so please ensure your vehicles are winter-ready.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighborhood.
