Large deck overseeing the reservoir; private dock included with property. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom w/ a jetted tub and shower. The upstairs offers two loft bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 25 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.
The reservoir is popular in the summer for boating, jet skis, kayaks and canoes. Bird watching is popular all year, even when the reservoir is lowered in the winter for flood control. Centrally located for access to surfing on the Oregon coast and snow skiing/boarding in the Cascade Mountains. Close to unlimited wineries in the Willamette Valley.

We have lived in Oregon since 1974, and on Fern Ridge Reservoir for many years. We love to travel through the US and overseas. Both of us enjoy snow and water skiing, motorcycles, hunting and fishing, gardening and watching the variety of wildlife at the the lake; from ducks, geese, pelicans and grebes to the resident turkeys and deer in the neighborhood. We also enjoy the local biking trails and the vast number of wineries throughout the Willamette Valley.

We have a dock on the property for your use!! Bring your boat and enjoy the Lake! Fern Ridge Reservoir is a reservoir on the Long Tom River in the U.S. state of Oregon. The reservoir is located approximately 12 miles west of Eugene on Oregon Route

Fern Ridge Reservoir

Fern Ridge Lake is a popular recreation area for water sports, such as windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, flat water kayaking, stand up paddling, swimming and fishing.

Fern Ridge is southern Willamette Valley's largest reservoir at 9,000 acres. Catch white crappie, brown bullhead catfish, largemouth bass, bluegill, and native cutthroat trout.

A popular fishing destination in west-central Oregon, Fern Ridge Reservoir is a 9,000-acre lake, at Elmira. Bass, crappie and bluegill thrive in this large, warm-water fishery. Adventurous anglers can find many places around the lake for fishing from the bank.
