Enjoy yourself in this mid-century cottage where you'll find an open plan living/dining area flowing into the kitchen which overlooks the grassy back garden with a variety of established fruit trees, very secure for your dog.
The cottage offers three spacious queen bedrooms, all with soft organic cotton sheets ready to dive into. There are two modern bathrooms each with their own shower and toilet, one is an ensuite. Please note, there is no bathtub. There are two outdoor areas, you can start the day with a morning coffee out the front as the sun drenches the front verandah and then relax in the evening with a drink and cheeseboard and watch the beautiful sun setting over the backyard.
The house is ideal for entertaining inside or out. If your group exceeds more than 4 guests, and extra charge $30 per guest up to 6 in total - please do not exceed this amount of guests.
CHILDREN:
Toddlers & babies are welcome but we do not provide a cot, high chair or any other amenities specifically for babies. The house is not baby/toddler proof with some cords and ornaments around but we trust parents judgement on this one - you know your little people. Please move any items out of reach.
The large, secure back garden has seasonal fruit trees, you are more than welcome to pick the fruit. A terrific space to play outdoor games - bocce or coights, cricket stumps/bat or hooky which we have provided for your entertainment.
Please note, the outdoor garage is not for guest's use, but the covered area is great for sitting under on hot or rainy days, with the light breeze cooling you down or keeping you dry.
You will find a clothesline behind the garage for your convenience. The side gate is accessible to all guests so you can park your car down the driveway and have your car securely behind the gates.
There is plenty of secure space to bring your bikes, paddle boards, golf clubs and canoes.
