Oakridge Union Cog House

This is the OG rental in Oakridge and with over 225 reviews on another platform so there is no risk in renting here. The Oakridge Union Cog House has been completely restored and it's on the main street of vintage Uptown. It is a 2 minute walk from the best Brewery in this part of Oregon (3 Legged Crane Pub and Brewhouse). Our four Legged and two legged guests love how close we are to the main Mountain Biking, fishing, hot springs chillin, and Hiking trailheads.

The space
Our house was built in the 50's and completely remodeled with all new beds/kitchen/bathroom/flooring/laundry room in early 2019. We just replaced the countertops in 2021 and added a lockable bike storage shed in the backyard. We wanted a place in Oakridge we could stay in to visit and we are not there that much. 1 king 1 Queen and 2 twins and a large lot give you plenty of room with a great new stainless kitchen. Completely sealed off back yard with a Weber BBQ too. A Keurig and Regular Coffee Machine are in the kitchen with pots and pans to cook a meal with.

Guest access
You will have access the entire home with parking and storage. The kitchen is large with full new appliances. We just replaced the old new fridge in the summer of 2022.

Other things to note
Oakridge is the trailhead for over 40 of the best mountain biking trails in Oregon. There are two large trail map on the walls of the house. Bring wood and have a fire in the backyard portable fire pit.
