Downstairs is an additional master with a ceiling fan and ensuite. The property also includes a spacious European laundry with heatpump dryer.
The north facing living & kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction cooktop and coffee pod machine. Maximising indoor-outdoor living, the lounge opens out onto a north-facing alfresco area, complete with a Gozney pizza oven. Included in the open plan living is reverse cycle heating and cooling.
We’ve got everything you need for a fun and relaxing day at the beach! Including a quality beach trolley, beach towels and 4 boogie boards to use, 2 for kids and 2 for adults.
The property is fully enclosed with a clamshell sandpit, native garden and naturally a sprinkler for the children for those warm summer days. There is secure parking for your car offstreet.
