Hart's Farm is a luxurious and sophisticated self contained private B&B situated on a beautiful property with an olive grove, cidery and fruit orchards and organic veggie gardens. Huge bath, queen bed with pure french linen sheets, fabulous daybed with views to the olive grove and neighbouring vineyards. We are situated on the Mornington Peninsula, close to the Port Phillip Bay and Western Port beaches, wineries, art galleries, golf courses and restaurants. Generous breakfast provisions each day.

Hart's Farm is an adults retreat and is not suitable for infants and children under 16 years.
The property is also our home, so guests may not have visitors to the Studio unless we have been notified beforehand & we reserve the right to refuse.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Loss of payment if cancelled within 1 month of reservation unless alternate dates are booked. If we can re-book the room, your payment may be refunded, less a $50 administartion fee. An administration fee of $50 will also apply to cancellations made more than 2 weeks from the reservation.
