Featuring a Queen master, plus double bed in second bedroom (opened up only for three person stays or a rare two person stay requiring two beds).

Your dogs will love zooming around, stretching their legs in an idyllic setting with carefully fenced off ditches and creek. *Note for very excitable or reactive dogs, we have a safe large chicken run over the front yard fence.*

Enjoy the doggy smack-down arena and expansive, safe grounds for ball play and sunsets. Experience the view from the patio (or deck) with your own private historic hillside view everywhere you look. Soak in the history of the cabin who was until recently owned by the same family for 100 years! The original outdoor dunny and cooker now quirky artwork adding to your view.

Wildlife lovers only - as you'll definitely experience possums, get (fenced) visits from the next door alpacas, sheep, see cows and hear foxes and kangaroos. For stimulated dogs it can be a training experience! As we are on tank water it's best suited to down to earth or water conscious people.

Phone reception is fully competent once wifi calling is placed on your phone. Internet speed is fast Starlink - more than competent for working from home!

Almost fully off grid (connected power), take advantage of the DVD player, board games, books, fresh rainwater, woodheater and nearby Goldfields track. Or use it as a place to spring from to your favourite restaurant. There is a full laundry inside for your convenience and conscious use as well as a dishwasher (no microwave).

POOCH INFORMATION
Very sedentary or crated dogs can be left alone inside for periods- providing they are 100% damage proof. All other dogs with 1% chance of damage must accompany you or otherwise be hard crated if you leave (no areas of the cottage are suitable to act as crates - no rooms, bathroom etc as scratching damage occurs).
* Dogs permitted on beds if arranged prior and fully pee proof.

PET NOTE
2 dogs/cats accepted of all shapes and sizes.

-The main split system is heating and cooling as well as the woodheater (with ambience firewood provisions then source beyond at local service stations).
