3 bedrooms (main bedroom with balcony), bathroom and light-filled open office area with fast Wi-Fi and balcony access, reverse-cycle heating/air-conditioning, ceiling fans and full length mirror (perfect for wedding guests).
Bed arrangements sleep up to 7 (max):
Main bedroom - 1 Queen size bed.
2nd bedroom - 2 extra-long Single Beds (203cm 'twin beds')
3rd bedroom - 1 Queen size bed
Travel cot & single futon pull-out mattress for child/teen are also available. Use of single pull-out futon is suitable for short stays only

Minimum stays apply:
(7) seven night minimum stay applies immediately post-Christmas to end of 2nd week in Jan
- feel free to inquire about shorter stays as they often emerge between longer bookings.
(4) four night minimum stay for:
- Melb Cup ‘long weekend’
- Australia Day Wed 25 - Sun 29 Jan '23
- Easter
- Anzac Day 21 - 24 April '23
(3) three night minimum stay applies to most other public holiday/long weekends, and immediate pre-Christmas to Boxing Day.
