Black Wattle and Moss Tiny Stay

Located on the edge of the Wombat State Forest our bush is a peaceful off grid property nestled amongst the gum and black wattle trees. It is the ideal escape where you get to disconnect, unwind and embrace nature or simply reconnect with each other.

Our tiny forest escape offers bush views, abundant wildlife and a clear starry sky without any light pollution. Cosy up by the wood fire or toast marshmallows on the outside fire-pit or just watch the wallaby’s graze. Our tiny house is the place to rest, breath and reset.

Our tiny house is eco-friendly and solar powered, it offers two guests a comfortable escape. With a queen bed, tiny pot belly wood fire, and a deck overlooking the Wombat State Forest, the perfect retreat. Our separate tiny bathroom facilities follow ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco compost toilet, hand basin and gas heated hot shower.

Please note:
- There is no kitchen, we offer a thermos of hot water for tea
- We have very limited internet and very limited mobile connection
- No fires are permitted during the Fire Danger Period or as directed by the CFA
- Our residence is approximately 70m away
- You will be greeted by our very friendly border collie Polly

Other things to note:
- The charming village of Trentham is less than 10mins away and the area boasts some of the most exciting foodie destinations in Central Victoria
- Trentham is a quaint village with a charming streetscape, with cafes, bakeries, art gallery and boutique retail shopping
- There are various walks from Trentham, the Domino Trail starts at Trentham railway station and the Trentham Falls are a short drive from town
