This private one bedroom retreat is located under a fitness studio with a Sauna and Cold Plunge. Have your own private gym for workouts then enjoy your own private recovery area with traditional steam sauna crafted with premium Western Red Cedar (it smells so good).
It features volcanic hot rocks for both dry and tropical sauna bathing, and an outdoor cold plunge made out of a wine barrel, creating an authentic Scandinavian sauna experience.

Enjoying being central to everything on Phillip island only 2mins drive to the beach and many coastal walks. Popular attractions such as the Penguin Parade, whale watching cruises, bush walks & a diverse variety of restaurants & breweries/cocktail bars are all within a 10 minute drive.

This one bedroom accommodation has its own private entry, luxury double shower, cosy living room with the option of the couch as an extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen perfect for a weekend away.
Enjoy your own private Sauna and cold plunge, courtyard for a morning coffee or evening by the outdoor fire pit surrounded by singing native birds. Netflix and Amazon prime is available on your TV for a cosy night in.

Upstairs you have free access to gym, fitness and yoga equipment.

Grab coffee at Smiths Beach and enjoy a beach walk. The beach break is a beginner surf beach, boards and wetsuits can be hired from the surf store Island Boards, located just metres from the beach.

I run a personal training and yoga studio from home called Sunset Studio, Phillip Island. My partner Mitch and I both love living by the beach, surfing, gardening and spending time with our fur baby’s Riff; the Great Dane and Raff; the Dalmatian. During the week we love being active working-out and surfing. On the weekends you will find us at the beach, enjoying nature walks around Phillip Island, dining at a local restaurants with friends or enjoying a quiet cocktail at home.
