Bella Beach House is a generous and private renovated 1980's beach house - the perfect place to getaway and enjoy all that the local surroundings have to offer.

It is located in the sleepy seaside village of St Leonards in a quiet nook in the Lower Bluff. The beach is within an easy stroll to the end of the road, as is Edwards Point Nature Reserve and other walking trails.

The interior has been thoughtfully curated to create a joyful beachy vibe. Four generous bedrooms, 3 with a queen bed and one including a bunk, a central living area, a study, two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen provide plenty of space for your getaway. Bella Beach House also has a 2 hole putting green in the backyard and a number of spacious outdoor areas to chill and enjoy the natural surroundings.

This is strictly a non party house. This is a family neighbourhood with several neighbours close by. Noise levels are to be considerate always and no outdoor entertaining after 10pm whatsoever. Multiple noise complaints will lead to you being asked to vacate immediately. There should be no more than 7 guests onsite unless pre-arranged with us.
Security cameras are installed to the outside of the house for the security of the property.

We especially love that it is located within a short stroll to the beach and walking trails, and is a short drive to wineries, world class golf courses and other attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula.
