Welcome to your dream getaway at our amazing 1-bedroom Villa Blue Gum, where you can enjoy the best of both worlds: off-grid living and modern luxury! You will be blown away by the stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, as you gaze at the majestic Great Dividing Range and the wildlife that calls it home.

You might spot kangaroos, wombats, eagles and more, as you soak in the beauty and tranquility of nature. You will feel cozy and pampered in our Villa, which features a bespoke designer kitchen / living area, a comfy bed with luxury bedding, and a chic modern bathroom. You will have everything you need to relax and recharge in style.

As the sun sets, you can light up your own private campfire and enjoy the warmth and romance of the flickering flames. You can sip your favourite drink or just cuddle up and watch the stars twinkle in the clear night sky.

The Villa has its own private, fenced yard and car park (for 1 vehicle), so you don't have to worry about the friendly cows and calves that roam around the farm. They might come close to say hello, but they won't bother you or your car. You will love watching them graze peacefully and feel a connection with nature.

You can choose to spend your whole stay on the farm, enjoying the serenity and simplicity of life, or you can explore the many attractions nearby. Whatever you do, you will have a memorable and magical experience at Hepburn Retreat.

PS. Blue Gum is Pet friendly with a small pet fee that covers the extra cleaning associated with having furry friends stay. There is also a fully refundable $100 deposit that covers damages that may be caused. We love pets and we want them to have fun too!
