Citta Cottage - a coastal oasis

Citta Cottage is a treed, coastal getaway just over 2 hours from Melbourne nearby Walkerville Beach in South Gippsland. A peaceful and cosy country escape only 20-min walk through spectacular forest or (4 min drive) to one of Victoria’s most secluded and historic beaches, aka ‘Magic Beach’.

Citta Cottage is located in a corner of the sleepy Prom Views estate and looks out across the road to surrounding paddocks. It's a private, 2 storey, 2 bedroom cedar cottage with a magnificent north facing deck nestled amongst gum trees and melaleucas abounding with bird life.

Walkerville is a small beachside town close to Wilson’s Promontory National Park. The beaches are perfect for families, with calm, clear water, rock pools and cliffs, plenty of exploring opportunities and the majestic mountains of the Prom out on the horizon.

There are many forest and beachside walks directly around Walkerville and also in the neighbouring beachside towns of Waratah Bay and Sandy Point. There are also some great coastal drives such as: Bear Gully Beach, Cape Liptrap Lighthouse and of course to the Prom.
