Waterfront Vintage Cottage & Gypsy Caravans with jetty, kayaks & fire pit

Amazingly peaceful, set amongst trees and with direct access to the waterfront, this is a relaxing retreat suited for chilling out with friends and family. This is a unique experience with a vintage style cottage that sleeps 8 plus 2 additional gypsy caravans with beds to sleep 6 more in addition to the main house. There is a large entertaining deck with a BBQ, huge grassy backyard, trampoline, jetty, fire pit and access to our kayaks. There’s so much to do, and it’s all up to you to set your pace.

This place has a truly fascinating history. There are 3 gypsy style caravans on site which were hand made by the previous owner.

The largest (brown) caravan at the front of the property has a double bed and 2 small single beds - so can sleep up to 4 people. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The smallest caravan (green) has 2 single beds in it - please note that these beds are narrower than a standard single bed - see photos.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided only for the main house occupants - you must bring your own linen and towels when staying in the caravans.

The medium caravan (blue) is in the backyard and can be used as a cubby house/chill out area or workspace.

The huge backyard previously hosted an annual gypsy festival to celebrate International Romani day. The backyard is really the highlight - from the moment you step into it you will feel like you have escaped into your own little paradise.

The house itself has recently been renovated, with care taken to retain its gorgeous vintage fixtures and furniture. There are coloured stained glass windows and lighting pendants throughout the house.

This is our family holiday house so we have set it up with everything that you and your family will need to feel comfortable and at home. It’s an absolute paradise for kids with the trampoline, jetty, gypsy cubby house, kayaks and fishing opportunities.
