Wallking distance to F break and Cape Paterson 2nd surf beach, can fish or walk the beaches. Town is also walking distance, or ride a bike. Young beef cattle graze the paddocks on our Certified Organic Farm while ducks and Swans are nesting on the winter ponds. Wonthaggi and Inverloch are nearby towns to drive to. Further a field is Phillip Island and Wilson's Prom.
This Brand new house is off grid but has an automatic backup generator. It is serviced by filtered tank water so we have to be mindful of use but not in winter. Lots of room for parking too.
