Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, in a brilliant spot between the hubs of Rosebud and Rye, "Turquoise Waters" offers all of the Peninsula convenience without feeling a part of the crowds. Only a 5 min flat walk to a tranquil bay beach, and a local cafe/restaurant adding to the many attractions nearby. This beach-themed getaway will reward our guests with a true escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing that "disconnect from the busyness" and "reconnecting" with what's important.

This B&B is located only 5 -15 min to drive to the hot springs and various local tourist attractions . Walk to local popular restaurants and 5 min flat walk to the beach .. Our retreat is has a homely feel , full of character set in a beautiful tropical setting, overlooking the front garden

Enjoy your own private Self contained area that attached to the house with a separate entrance located on a deck .Your-private zone includes a (bedroom, NEW luxury bathroom- mood lighting, LOUNGE living area which overlooks front garden ). Many places just offer one bedroom with no seperate lounge! Brand new lush carpet and new landscape gardens.

Ideal for couples or a family of 1-3 people inc 2 children/kids ONLY - 5 -12 years! Ideally suited to for couple, friend and parent child getaways.

We have a fold out couch Chasis that's in the lounge which has its own linen storage . Suited for 1 adult or two small kids. Extra small fee applies . reverse heating air con in bedroom and portable electric heating in lounge room.
We have a mini kitchenette which includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery . We offer basic breakfast (inc cereal, milk, fruit, and toast/spreads) which is self serve. BBQ usage for two day plus stays. Bread only provided upon request before arrival.

For those coffee and tea lovers, there is a coffee machine with coffee pods ,instant coffee bags, kettle and a selection of Twinnings tea bag types . Brekky inc cereal fruit and snacks.

if you have specific dietary requirements please supply your own breakfast and kindly let us know if you wont be needing breakfast or if you require bread (whole meal or white bread ). supplied only if asked .

We have a quality pocket spring mattress- meaning no partner disturbance, medium comfort mattress. it features ultra fresh foam which is asthma foundation approved.

Book 2 nights and you get to utilise our outdoor entertainment area inc BBQ and hot plate. Conditions apply. I work at Peninsula Hot springs so can explain where to go.

We recommend you book and pay for the hot springs before you come .. It gets booked out quick. The robes and towels need to be back before checkout in the morning . The earliest you can pick them up is 1.00pm the day of check in. This allows time to be ready from the previous guest.
