This modern retreat comes fully equipped with a working area, laundry, large family kitchen, and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Step outside to the warm waters of Port Stephens. Our beach is tidal, with shallow waters at high tide – perfect for kids. Or wade out to deeper water for a rejuvenating saltwater swim. We have our own private boat ramp for kayaks, and you can moor your boat in the backyard! (A boat ramp is also conveniently located just 200 meters away). Direct beach access ensures a seamless and tranquil experience. Bring along your furry friends, as two small pets are welcome.
Explore nearby attractions, including Tea Gardens (10 minutes’ drive), Hawks Nest Golf Course (15 minutes’ drive), Mungo Brush National Park, catch the ferry to Nelson Bay, or simply enjoy your own private beach getaway with a BBQ.

Linen - LINEN CAN BE PROVIDED AT ADDITIONAL COST -$180 unless if booking fee is over $1800, then linen is included.
Doona's and pillows provided. Linen can be hired at Moores Laundry Service Tea Gardens for very cheap rates. Well worth it if staying a week or more.


Our property operates on tank water which his safe to drink, (if concerned, you can boil the water and store it in the fridge). An initial supply of toilet paper is provided, and free WiFi.
Late checkout can be arranged for an additional $60 (depending on availability).

Walk outside to the warm waters of Port Stephens, comfortable and relaxing and perfect for 1-2 families holiday or a quick getaway with friends! Two and a half hours out of Sydney (1hr45min from Hornsby) making it very easy to access for anyone with a car!

Lots of great attractions nearby (Tea Gardens 10 minutes way Hawks Nest golf course 15mins, Mungo Brush, ferry to Nelson Bay) to explore before coming back to our little private beach oasis.
Two maximum small pets allowed.

Note our beach is tidal and only a few feet deep at high tide so great for kids and usually nice and warm. You can wade out to the deeper water if you wish.

We do have a brazier so small campfires are allowed in the winter months.

We are on TANK WATER. We drink the water but if you’re concerned you can buy water from Coles at Tea Gardens. You can also boil the water and put in the fridge.

We leave an INITIAL supply of TOILET PAPER.

We have a own boat ramp for kayak bring your Owe Kayak.
Boat ramp 200 metres away - but can only use at high tide.you can moor your boat at backyard .
