Sitting elegantly at the top of the hill is Shelley Beach Retreat. Newly built with modern luxuries, beautiful styling, stunning high ceilings and a jaw dropping panoramic, uninterrupted ocean and rural view across Kilcunda towards Phillip Island.

The house features 4 bedrooms – 1 king with ensuite, 2 queens, 2 king singles and 2 beautiful family bathrooms, all perfectly tucked away from the living and kitchen areas.
Take the stairs up to the kitchen and you are greeted with an entertainers delight in every sense and being well equipped, it is a pleasure to cook during your stay. The open plan design includes the living area with a large smart TV and a large balcony to appreciate the view. There is a 8m mineral lap pool and newly landscaped gardens. The home also has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main bedroom and living areas upstairs and downstairs. Heated bathroom floors. Fan and heater in every room if required, so you are cool in summer and cosy in winter.

Bathroom arrangement- Upstairs is ensuite with bath, shower and toilet. Also upstairs is a separate toilet off the living area. Downstairs is a family bathroom with bath & shower, separate toilet and third shower in laundry/mud room which has a door to the outside/pool area. There is also an outdoor shower.

The pool is brand new and the water temperature will depend on the weather and heated in warmer months only.

No pets This is a registered holiday house and follows the rules and regulations set by Bass Coast Shire for Short Term Accomodation Local Law1 Neighbourhood Amenity.
You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport photos in the registration process.
