Just a 5-minute stroll to the surf beach, or slide open the floor-to-ceiling doors and step out onto a sun-drenched deck complete with a solar-heated pool and BBQ area - perfect for long, lazy afternoons with family or friends.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully placed bedrooms, offering privacy from the main living and kitchen areas:

Bedroom 1: King bed + en-suite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4: King single bunk + king single (trundle available on request)
The entertainer’s kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in, with three generous living areas (two featuring large Smart TVs), ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a cozy indoor gas fireplace for cooler months.

Please note:

A maximum of one pet is allowed unless approved at the time of booking (fees may apply). Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and not be left unattended at the property at anytime.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets - extra charges apply for non-compliance.
Pool is solar-heated and best enjoyed during the warmer months.
No caravans or tents allowed on the property.
House rules:
To maintain a peaceful stay for all, we kindly ask guests to agree to our terms: no parties, no schoolies, no groups under 25, no hens or bucks gatherings, and no smoking. This home is registered with the Bass Coast Shire and complies with all local regulations.

Government-issued Australian photo ID or passport is required as part of the booking process.
