Beautifully furnished, with a newly renovated kitchen and an oversized bathroom. Perfectly suited to couples or friends the Local Studio is the perfect base while you explore our amazing town.

The Local Studio is nestled in just off Bangalow Rd, in a beautiful part of Byron.
Luxurious linens, feather quilts and pillows & scented candles are just a few of the comforts provided.
The newly built kitchenette has a Nespresso coffee machine (with complimentary pods), herbal teas, a small cooktop, microwave, fridge, blender, kettle & toaster.
The huge light filled bathroom features a waterfall shower, a freestanding bath, double sinks, fluffy bath towels and Aspar botanical Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash. The Local Studio has complimentary WiFi and a TV with netflix.
Dolphins beach is an easy 10 minute walk away or a few minutes on the bikes.
The Local Studio sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (under the age of 5). A portable cot and highchair are available upon request.
The studio is connected to the main house, there may be some family noise from time to time. We do ask guests to please be respectful of the family in the main house and our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
