Secret Pines Lookout is one of the most private lodges in the area. Located in the gated mountain-side community of Morgan Creek, the lodge is perched on 3 stunning acres. It boasts expansive views of the Cle Elum lake and the mountains. Outdoor recreation nearby includes hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, boating, fishing, ATVs, swimming, and much more. Speelyi beach on Cle Elum Lake is just minutes away.
*Winter stays, by request only! Must be able to put chains on tires and have AWD. Bring your own sleds and snowshoes for hours of fun exploring our private property and hiking up the mountain right out the front door.
The lodge is perfectly set up for family getaways. A well stocked kitchen makes it feel like home. Enjoy shuffleboard, Ringo, Wii games, movies, and more inside or warm up around the fire pit, roast marshmallows and star gaze!
Two large decks overlooking the lake provide outdoor dining, a bar top, a propane fire pit, and a 6-person luxury hot tub.
*Newly added: Landscaped area with turf lawn, perfect for a cornhole competition or yoga session. Plus large propane firepit with Adirondack seating and ambient string lights.
Layout:
1st floor: Garages(not available for guests vehicles) & laundry room.
2nd floor: Bedroom with Queen bed, Bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining, main living room, and upper deck access.
3rd floor: loft lounge space, master bedroom with King, en suite bathroom, bonus bedroom with full-over-queen bunk beds(joined to master bedroom), plus a queen blow-up mattress available in the closet.
You'll notice the attention to detail with high-end furniture and finishes. The house features large wood beams and a cozy gas fireplace.
Please note: The house has good WiFi, but the cell service is limited. Enable wifi calling on your cell and you’ll be all good. The 2 tvs are set up with Netflix, DirectTV, PrimeVideo, and more!
The cabinets are also stocked with lots of games and DVDs for both kids & adults.

The lake is not visible from the cabin certain times of the year(July - Nov) due to the dry summers. There's a dam that controls the water level. You'll see the dry lake bottom with a stream running through it. Still gorgeous views though! Refer to photos.

Wildlife Viewing
Keep an eye out for deer, elk, turkeys, grouse, and marmots! They frequently walk through out property. Also be aware that bear, cougar, fox, bobcat, or coyote might also be spotted. Keep your distance, respect the animals, and do not leave food out.
Sledding
For sledding, we have a hill behind the house, or the long driveway if theres enough snow to cover it. We have a few sleds in the garage, but encourage you to bring your own.
Views From The Decks
No hike needed to reach these epic views of the mountains and Cle Elum Lake. Grab your coffee or wine, sit on either deck and take in the views.
Sunrise From The Hot Tub
Nothing will beat this experience. Wake up, make a warm cup or coffee/tea, grab a towel & head out to the hot tub. Soak among the peaceful views while watching the shadow of the sunrise move down the mountains across the lake.
