Appliances - Most of the appliances should be straight forward but if you require assistance please feel free to send a message. If the cooktop continues its ignition clicking noise just turn the knob one more turn and it will stop.
Sustainability - We encourage you to use the heating and cooling systems at the property as required but we would greatly appreciate it if these systems can be switched off when leaving the property to help keep our energy consumption down. Please ensure you make use of the recycling bin available with all recyclable waste.
Bins - The bins are located at the rear of the property. Bin night is Sunday night, if you happen to be staying at the property on a Sunday it would be a huge help if you’re able to take the bins out to the street at the end of the driveway onto the street.
Keys - We recommend you always leave a set of keys in the lockbox to ensure you aren’t locked out.
Check out - we ask you please ensure you check out by 11am unless other arrangements have been made. If you can ensure the property is left neat and tidy, the BBQ is cleaned and keys are returned to the lockbox that would be greatly appreciated.
