Welcome to “The Bloom,” a newly constructed home situated on an expansive 2400sqm property in The Honeysuckles. This charming residence boasts three generously sized bedrooms, an open-concept living area, a well-appointed kitchen and dining space, as well as a bonus rumpus room. In addition, this home offers an abundance of outdoor living areas plus Lake Reeves backing on to the property and the Beach only a 300m walk away!
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed accommodating up to 2 guests
- Bedroom 2 also offers a Queen bed, suitable for 2 guests.
- Bedroom 3 is equipped with a double bed and a single bed with a trundle and a fold out bed providing sleeping space for 5 guests.
BATHROOMS:
- The bathroom is designed with a spacious shower area and a rainfall shower head and toilet complemented by modern amenities like illuminated mirrors, quad heater lamps and floor-to-ceiling tiles.
- A convenient powder room includes a second toilet, sink, illuminated mirror, and floor-to-ceiling tiles as well.
LIVING ROOMS:
- There are 2 large living spaces inside the house with the main living area having plenty of seating for everyone and a 75inch TV screen for those movies or sports fanatics.
- For the gamers on holiday there is a 65in TV with an XBOX ONE with 20 different game options and 3x controllers. As well as multiple card games.
