Byanda is a great place for a holiday at any time of the year. The house is in a great location quiet, and an easy walk only 1km from the beach and Mount Martha shops.

With easy access via Watsons Road or the Boardwalk, Mount Martha beach is a wonderful bay beach clean water, with sand bars at the southern end of the beach, providing an excellent water playground for children. Proximity to the ocean beaches eg. Point Leo and the many wonderful wineries and boutique breweries on the Mornington Peninsula, make Mount Martha a fantastic place to base yourself for the perfect beachside holiday.

Byanda offers you a relaxing place to stay lounging by the pool; enjoying an evening bbq on the long summer evenings; family time watching a movie or playing a game in front of the fire on a cooler evening.
