Relax with the whole family at this fully renovated cottage. New kitchen, Bathrooms, deck and living area. Backing onto the picturesque Talbingo Golf Course and close to everything Talbingo Village has to offer: water skiing, fishing, bush walking, mountain biking and snow skiing. This cottage has split systems in all 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen with new appliances, Fast WiFi and wonderful views from the back deck. Guests love the cleanliness, the modern interior and the views from almost every window. Clancy's cottage has peaceful surrounds. The proximity to both Talbingo Dam and Blowering Dam for water sports, fishing and boating are also fantastic. Walk to the Country Club and Jounama Pondage.

Please note that Talbingo has limited mobile reception- with Telstra being the only reliable service provider. Vodaphone and Optus generally do not get range.
Clancy's Cottage has a Noodee EV charger available for guest use - this is paid via creditcard.
Talbingo has a small convenience store with limited stock and open hours. Tumut (30 minutes away) has both Coles and Woolworths - we recommend shopping at Tumut.
Also note the house rules:
- No parties or events.
- No smoking inside.
- No pets allowed.
- Camping or swags in the backyard are not permitted.
- Please be respectful of neighbours (many are Snowy Hydro shift workers) and quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am.
-Please ensure that airconditioners/heaters are not left on at the property when vacant.
- Please report all maintenance issues promptly.
Prior to check out, please ensure that towels are placed in the laundry/bathroom. Dishes are cleaned and put away. Airconditioners and heaters are switched off. Windows and doors are locked.
